The breakfast , black coffee with cremer is served when the menu says cappuccino, mocha, coffee etc...so by the time it reaches the room and you keep it for awhile, it gets cold and the cremer doesnt dilute any more...nothing in the menu is served for breakfast order options, but they give only 2 or 3 other apart from the menu to choose from. There s no shampoo and the bathroom has only body wash.
