Aurora Hotel

Hotel was very clean. Location is very good just like restaurant and breakfast. Nice room. Strange thing was that when checking out, I got a phone put in my hand by the receptionist before a word was said to me and there was a man on the line saying he lend me money and he wanted it back. I had never met anyone there so I had to say I had no clue and the line was cut off. I Believe this to be very strange and unprofessional for a hotel in this class.

I liked everything! Staff well mannered. High standards of staff, rooms, food, presentation, everything. I highly recommend this hotel in Ułan Bator!

Clean, friendly people at reception. Early check out not a problem.

Noisy from other people. Someone in the room down was listening loud music and no one did anything. Could not sleep for 3 hrs after long flight.

1) Close location to my customer company which could avoid heavy traffic to airport & customer company 2) Quiet in the room 3) It seems installed heat pipe at the floor of toilet, this is very effective under -16℃ winter season (toilet floor was warm ) 4) Installed shower toilet 5) Large Room 6) Many convenient store around hotel 7) Hotel staffs are kind
