"Good, but improve the coordination between reception and restaurant."

during lunch pause, reception was closed and we had to refer to the waitress at reception that was overwhelmed. She kept arguing that check up time was 4pm and we had agreed with owner that we could check in earlier, because of a ceremony at Chaeserrugg at 2pm.
