The property was lovely and clean and in an amazing location.

Nothing our stay was perfect

We were cycling the Northumberland coast and castles route. The Dunes hotel was great. Very welcoming and helpful. Secure place for our bicycles. Very close to the route. Lots of places to eat nearby. Thank you

I stayed here for 2 nights with my 9 year old son for the 2nd time as we stayed last year in May for a weekend. The room was smaller than the last time we stayed, however I was happy with the size. The location of the hotel is superb, in the middle of everything , shops close by and eateries and the beach is so close. The staff are very friendly and helpful and i felt at ease and very safe around the area. I would recommend a stay here for sure.

Staff was very nice.

A bit run down, in need of painting and shower door was sticking a lot! When flushed loo entire building shook!

Very noisy area, nowhere to hang wet towels, the bathroom door did not close, mechanism missing
