Hotel Moselterrasse

The whole hotel was immaculate and beautifully decorated. There's a sunlit breakfast room (windows on 3 sides) for the excellent breakfast. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Mosel River was lovely; and offers delicious cakes and pizza for purchase in the afternoon. This is a family-owned hotel that is carefully maintained and operated with love and pride. Great Location: we enjoyed walking the narrow back streets of Ediger-Eller, admiring traditional buildings with grape vine arbors and charming, uniquely decorated doorways. We also had a beautiful day hike in the forest and vineyards above the town. There is a bus stop near the hotel for transportation to other villages.

This is not a criticism, just a note of information. If arriving by train, the hotel is a bit of walking distance from the train stop. It is not a problem with light luggage or backpack, but would be difficult for some with heavy suitcases. For those, a bus arrival to the hotel would be easier. Or no problem with a car!
