I’ve stayed here regularly over the years and love the lodge for the amazing staff, clean rooms, beautiful garden and great food. It’s not five stars, but it doesn’t sell itself to be. And the trade off is you have a great location by the airport, where you can stretch you legs, that’s quiet and relaxing.

I did not not like the honesty bar (as in, I loved the honesty bar). Nothing to not like.

De beveiliging bij de accommodatie is uitstekend geregeld, wat direct een gevoel van veiligheid geeft. Het personeel is vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen, wat zorgt voor een prettige ervaring. Ook de prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is prima; je krijgt waar voor je geld. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd met een uitgebreid buffet en de mogelijkheid om een warm ontbijt te bestellen, wat een fijne extra is.

De kamers ogen wat oubollig en zouden baat hebben bij een renovatie om weer eigentijds aan te voelen. Daarnaast lijkt het zwembad op foto’s groter dan het in werkelijkheid is, wat enigszins teleurstellend kan zijn. Tevens werkte de Wifi op de kamer niet altijd even goed.

Only a short drive from the airport and shuttle is provided. Very welcoming staff. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Cooked breakfast is served and dinner can be ordered in advance. There’s a lounge with an honesty bar. Have stayed here several times and can recommend.
