Отличное месторасположение, хороший завтрак( если приходить к на завтрак позже, то уже мало выбора). Тихие номера, чисто.

При бронировании указывали место для парковки авто. По приезду сказали, что все места заняты и посоветовали парковку рядом с Grandhotel PUPP, что конечно было не бесплатно. Это не очень удобно и затратно.

Location is close to the main touristic area. Parking availability.

Access to the hotel is not easy. You have to access through an alley and the parking is about 3 blocks from the hotel. The closest you get with the car is a near hotel that allows you to park a few minutes if you are not during the Film Festival which is a caos and you have to park far away. The hotel has some stairs until you get the elevator and if you get the sixth floor you have to also go by the stairs from the fifth floor. Very heavy the noise of the elevator engine from the room. Bathroom smelled a little bad.

Simple but clean hotel. Good for a short stay/overnight if you're visiting Karlovy Vary for a city tip. Location is great. Beds were good, room was very clean and bathroom was nice.

On both Booking.com and their own website it's stat that parking is available. Upon arriving, this was not the case. Parking is at a different location (a few min away) and availability is limited and, according to the staff, must be discussed before arrival - is information is nowhere to be found. We therefore were not able to park and had to arrange other parking at our own expense. Breakfast was ok - very simple and basic. Would have appreciated a bit more options (especially bread).

The location was a bit hidden but also very close to the main attractions. The room was clean.

It has very old furniture and the parking was pretty far away from the hotel. Breakfast could be better.

Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean, located close to the main attractions. Got an awesome recommendation for the thermal pool from the reception.

The underground parking is at 5-6 minutes walking and I can't stress this enough, make sure you tell them to reserve you a parking place and confirm it. You can park close to the hotel alley for a few minutes to check-in, but otherwise there is no available parking nearby.
