Service was excellent! Hotel owner was extremely friendly and flexible. Perfect place to stay with family. Excellent restaurant nearby, area was peaceful and pretty. Supermarket near, bus stop to Chania city close and easy to reach. It was super easy to go to the Chania old town by bus and nice to stay at more peaceful area still city closeby. Clean and family-friendly beach nearby. Pool area excellent, peaceful and clean with a perfect pool for families. Higly recommend this hotel!

the pool is nice indeed, but that's about it. the mattresses were not too bad, given how old everything is at this place. the location has some positive aspects: it is a bit secluded from the main road, close to the bus stop, it's short walk to a nice-ish beach, and a short walk to several supermarkets and a couple cafes/restaurants.

the hotel is outdated and the service is poor. i wouldn't even call it a proper hotel: there is nobody at the reception or other amenities like you would expect in hotels; you have to chase someone down if you need something. three days in, we had to request several times to get the floors and the bathroom in our room cleaned. the towels are old and smelly, stained, clearly not professionally cleaned. the AC in our room did not work properly - it's just too old to battle the heat. the surroundings are a bit ugly: you will see some abandoned hotels and constructions down the dirt road. it's not that serene either - there are trash trucks at night, tourist busses that reverse through the street with a beeper, motorcycles, and surprisingly loud cat fights on occasion. wifi was very poor, most of the time not useable. overall, it was a bad choice, especially given the price we paid (we booked on a short notice - but still, over 120 USD per night can not be justified for this place).

Joseph the landlord is very nice, giving all his support to accommodate all the requests from the guests. The location is superb, nice pool, jacuzzi, garden and a big terrasse with a bar/restaurant. The rooms are kept very clean.

Excellent location. Close to bus stops, beach, supermarket , restaurants and cafes. The pool was set in a lovely garden and was clean and well maintained. The owners were very accommodating, booking us a taxi to the airport and giving information about bus tickets, trips etc. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Lovely owners lovely pool and close to Chania by bus 1.20€. Room perfect for us clean bed clean bathroom 👍

Hot water runs out in am, so had afternoon showers. Drainage in sink and shower was a problem

The pool area was very nice. The hosts are a family of very hospitable and kind Greeks. The location is 30 min walk from Chania old town and the beaches nearby are really good
