Tasty local breakfast, large room (we had triple room with baby cot), children liked the pool, very short distance to the sea, excellent room service.

Staff was very nice and helpful. For example they organised a rented car for us with a reasonable price and they brought the car to the hotel. We didn't have any problems or unpleasant surprises with the rented car. The location was great - bus 21 (and 15) came right next to the hotel and it took about 15-30 minutes to get to the Chania center. The hotel had a nice pool and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk away.

Breakfast could've varied a bit more and have more vegetarian options. The beds in the room weren't the most comfortable either. Other than those couple things I don't have anything to complain about!

Before I go further I just want to say that the staff there are really nice, and the everyday cleaning service is pretty good.

When I was looking for a suitable hotel there was 4 points that was important for me with my disability. 1) a QUIET ROOM because of sleeping problems. 2) BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM since I wake up late due to my sleeping problems. 3) ROOMSERVICE a working phone to contact the reception so I don't have to walk. 4) a BALCONY WITH A VIEW. In my booking it was written that It would be abalcony with a view over the village. I thought that would be great so I could sit in the balcony the days I had bad health. When I got there I was really surprised because it was not the same which was written in my booking. And the staff just told me nothing could be done because of full hotel. I am not responsible for the mistakes they make. I didn't get what I paid for. I suffer from exhaustion and my body can't move much before I get tired. That's why I have to think twice before doing anything. Walking up and down stairs is the worst and comsumes a lot of energy from my body. So I trusted the information from booking.com about this hotel. For example : check out at 12.00 (according to the hotel the check out is 11.00), soundproof rooms (in reality I got a room with a connecting locked door which was NOT soundproof. I could hear my "neighbour talk, argue, play loud music and get cozy. Ofc this disturbed my sleep since they were playing music until morning. It's also written in the facilities that the pool is only for grown ups - which I thought was excellent because I wanted somewhere peaceful. - in real nope.. It was many kids there in the pool - which made me use my earplugs to make it quiet. I was supposed to get a welcome drink - according to booking.com but I never got one. So please do not trust the information you read. I would advise to contact the hotel directly instead of trusting booking.com

The Breakfast was good, the bed was comfy, the walk to beach wasn't too far, the staff were friendly. Bus stop close by ( 20 minute bus ride into Chania) and plenty of places to eat, esp Golden Bay cafe.

No internet in my room for my entire stay, I had to change rooms after I arrived - bit disorganized (they did the same to another couple). Just being honest.
