The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was amazing. The staff treated us really well and checked in on us regularly. They gave recommendations for touring the area.

Very friendly staff. The location is close to the heart of the city. The restaurant was decent.

Cleanliness needs improvement. The bed sheets looked like they were not replaced.

Clean beds and bathroom

The hotel is a 2 star property being sold at 3 star property rate. Rooms are very basic. Staff is not trained. The evening receptionist was very rude. No hot water at the property.

"Good hotel, brilliant service!"

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful for all things. One of the staff members was fluent in more than 6 languages and helped in making our stay convenient.

The menu requires addition of some more vegetarian options. Currently for vegetarians not belonging to Kerala the menu is a bit limited so expanding it can make the stay much more enjoyable for all.
