We had a great stay, the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast, spa etc. The view from the hotel was really nice and it was possible to get anywhere in Lappeenranta from the hotel.

We liked everything about the hotel.

Insgesamt hatte das Hotel eine schöne Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksangebot ist ausgezeichnet.

Das Zimmer war sehr eng und die Einzelbetten viel zu schmal. Die vorhandenen Fenster im Raum sind sehr hoch angebracht und dauerhaft verschlossen. Der Raum wird durch Lüftung und Klimatisierung versorgt, die nicht funktionierteEs gab eine nicht funktionierende Doppelsteckdose.
