Absolutely nothing .

The caretaker was courteous and did not object my refusal to stay due to circumstances below

ì refused to stay at the property because of the following reasons; - Outside of the property was dirty, worn out and unwelcoming - Access road to the property was extremely narrow, damaged and hazardous, which we deemed as a major obstacle from visiting the Nuwaraeliya town for meals and sightseeing during the stay. Additionally the owner never called back despite my request to do so. After I arrived at the property the caretaker informed that the phone number provided in Booking.com doesn’t work. Booking.com need to review these properties so that customers are not provided with misleading information. Booking.com should be compensating me for the lost time and fuel.

The caretakers were very nice and hospitable. Exceeded our expectations and would always be ready for any food requests.

The road to the bungalow was not that great.
