Toller Pool vor der Terrasse. Auch nachts nutzbar. Super netter Koch (zuständig fürs Frühstück). Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker.

The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool in the balcony of the junior suite rooms is very nice.

The room smells awful as soon as you close all the doors. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, which means that when you take a shower, all the humidity spreads into the room. The shower cabin is missing a door, and the toilet door has swollen due to the humidity and is rusty everywhere there are metal parts. The towels are old, and they were not changed even once during our five-night stay. The cleaning was very poor; you can see hair from previous guests all over the place. When they clean, it seems like they just move dirt from one corner to another. Overall, this room is overpriced given its condition.

I would recommend at least on the main pool to make shadows curtains as the sun is too strong

Otelin personeli güler yüzlü kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi. Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Yorumlarda yazan karıncalarla biz karşılaşmadık ama arkadaşlarımızı bayağı rahatsız ettiler.

Rodos merkeze nereeyde 1 saat, iyi beachlere 40-45 dakika uzaklıkta olduğu için çok yorulduk. Beachlerin kalabalıklığını düşünürsek her sabah şezlong bulmak için erkenden yola çıktık. Tatilden çok yorgunluk oldu.

La luce principale della stanza non funzionava al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo prontamente avvertito in reception. La luce è stata sistemata 4 giorni dopo. La pulizia non eccellente, macchie sulle lenzuola, capelli...

Çalışanları güleryüzlü idi o kadar.

Kahvaltısı berbattı.Çatal bıçakları leş gibiydi.Su içmek istediğimde bardağın içinde arıtmadan gelen pislikleri gösterince.Öldürmez iç diyecek kadar pervasızlardı.Odada wc su sızdırıyordu.6 gün boyunca altına silindiğimiz havlulardan koydular.Havlular eski ve pisti.Havalandırma asla düzgün çalışmadı.Paranıza yazık asla gelip kalmayın.

The place is absolutely disgusting!!! I stayed there with my baby. My one year old baby was crawling in pubic hairs!! Hairs and black hair everywhere!!! Absolutely discrathful. When I arrived, no cott in the bedroom although I had specifically called three days before to ask and send a request via booking. The person said yes no problem. When I arrived, the person didn't know where they were so baby obliged to sleep with me with no security rails, super dangerous! Second night, finally had a cott but with no base! So still couldn't sleep in the cott, third night the sheet was too small, covering her face! So also had to sleep in my bed. Each day they though they were cleaning well as I complained, it was absolutely still disgusting!! First night we had a cockroach in the bedroom then 1000ants un the morning! Go and stoo a one year old crwling everywhere! I won't even talk about the jacuzzi that we obviously did not use! Was disgusting, sand at the bottom, I don't want to imagine what happened in there but clearly the water wasn't changed nor cleaned! The whole experience was just disgusting and other clients also complained about their bedroom that was also disgusting! Tge reception woman answered them "greek style"! And the cleaner also that came in the morning enteringwithout even knocking or waiting an answer!! This is outrageous, above all with a baby crawling everywhere in other people hairs!! The reception guy was nice and did his best but when I arrived I only had a key bedroom and that s it. No wofi code, no breakfast time, no explaining the facilities...
