Mom Boutique Railay

Located beside a hostel where you can use their pool and the bar for food and drinks Also easier to use the stairs by the hostel Staff were helpful with the bags and they have a facility to bring the bags up

Accomadation is limited in Railay but think it was a bit expensive for what you get. Beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom could do with a bit of a revamp. Also bring ear plugs or you will be woken at 5am by the cocks outside A change of towels would have been nice on our second day

The hotel is at the very far end of the island and up a LOT of stairs. There is somebody who can help you carry luggage but it is still about 50 stairs up and down every time you go to your room. I lost my purse so had to wait for friends to arrive to get cash out to pay (as they added 10% extra if you want to pay by card!). After 12 hours, they put a padlock on my door and wouldn't take it off until my friends arrived and got cash out. I appreciate they needed payment but hardly like I had any option but to not pay - not a great experience to be honest. Think there are nicer more convenient places but Railay has very inflated prices.

It has a relaxed atmosphere

Checking in away from the property was a bit confusing as not properly communicated. There is little signage for Mom's as it sits within another complex. Once checked in, waited at the bottom of the stairs to the property for over an hour, was told 20 mind. I had to go back to Moms cafe to find out what was going on. Then a guy came back with me. He took the bags, the stairs are a killer!

Nice room and comfortable bed.

There are so many stairs to get there and have to walk past through backpackers pool area area to get to room . When in bed at night, I could hear and feel the vibration of the air conditioner in the next room.

It's difficult to say, the picture on the wall was the only mountain view. Disappointing accomodation The staff assisted with our luggage and thank you to them.
