Location in the center. Nice and helpful staff

The same brakfast every day. Bathroom too small.

The receptionist went out of her way to assist me. it was ideally situated, however being a Sunday everything was closed for the day I was there. Walked around as much as possible but could not visit any museums etc. The breakfast was good.

There was a small business on the pavement outside my hotel window and that detracted slightly as they were fixing a chain saw.

The staff was great. It has a good location.

It seems a little bit dated.

The location and the old style, it took us back to the good all times. Hearing the church bells. The music in the corridor and dinning area was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The floors crack a lot when anyone walked and we could hear other guests conversations.

Staff doesn't speak much of English but they tried and try to help. Location is super! Every must see places are very close. And Cerro de la Cruz, the view point was only 5 mins walk, you can get up there to enjoy sunrise and the town with ocean backdrop!

Not that I didn't like, but the place is very old. I didn't mind it because their housekeeping was excellent, some people reviewed need upgrades, but considered location and price, I was very happy about that.

Great location, great staff, everything clean, big room.

We couldn't control the heating and it was cold sometimes. There is no refrigerator in the bedroom, we missed it.
