location for my needs

No reception. No notice to say what to do in an emergency. Decor is cheap. Church bell too loud all night. Had to close windows because of traffic noise. Wi-Fi in upstairs room not good

"Terrible customer experience with unhelpful staff!"

Very poor breakfast for a 15CHF charge.

I wasn't able to check-in because there was nobody at reception when I arrived. There were no prior emails letting me know that there would be a time window to check-in. I arrived at about 8pm and called the property. No one picked up. I called multiple times. And after waiting for a hour and a half I decided to look for another hotel. A few hours later the hotel called me back that they had left the keys in a lockbox in the back of the hotel. I asked them to refund me and they said they would not, that I could try going through booking.com, but that they would be going on vacation for 3 weeks and were not going to be able to respond to any inquiries (very sketchy). But this is ridiculous, how can a 3 start hotel not have a front desk open between 7-8pm?? Then, they didn't answer the phone, and lastly, they didn't even refund me for their lack of customer service. It sounds that as a guest, I need to be constrained by the owner's dinner schedule and lack of communication? I didn't get any information during the booking process, not did I receive a call that I would need to check-in at a certain time. I absolutely need to be refunded. This is the worst booking experience I've ever had, and I've been using booking.com for at least 10 years.
