The hotel is cheap and well located

One serious incident during my stay was quite concerning. At around 6am, I woke up to a strong smell of smoke. Looking out the window, I saw a mattress on fire directly below, next to a pile of rubbish and air conditioning units. I went downstairs to alert staff, and as the response was slow, another guest and I used a fire extinguisher to help contain the fire and move the burning mattress away from the building to prevent it spreading. A member of staff then took over and worked to fully extinguish it. Unfortunately, my room filled with smoke and I wasn’t able to go back to sleep. More importantly, the situation felt like it could have escalated quite quickly given the proximity to the building. I would strongly encourage the hotel to review fire safety procedures and ensure quicker response readiness in case of emergencies.

Всегда останавливаемся здесь в Батуми, потому что обожаем матрасы в этом отеле)) Хорошая шумоизоляция.

Последние два раза начинали сверлить в 9 утра. Держатели гелей в душевой просили поменять их))

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал,удобное расположение. Чистый, уютный и оригинальный номер.

Я люблю балкон а его нет.

The room was very comfortable, the WIFI signal was excellent. I got the room about 2 hours earlier than the official check in time.
