Nothing else, I feel like I'm in an uncomfortable place.

Customer service is very important to me, but unfortunately, one of the oldest people there was very rude. Even though I had paid in full, I didn't feel comfortable, so I informed reception of my concern. However, one person's reaction was very poor...
