La posizione dell'albergo era ottima

Abbiamo avuto vari problemi nella camera, tra cui senza aria condizionata, frigobar non funzionante. Dopo svariate lamentele ci hanno sistemato in un altro hotel e ci hanno rimborsato di due giorni di soggiorno.
