Breakfast was very average, this could definitely be improved.

This hotel grew on me. It’s a motel style with direct access to the rooms from the outside.The person at the desk was welcoming and helpful. I was upgraded from a single to double on arrival. They offered to help with Vespa hire or taxi calls. There was a large breakfast buffet each morning in a big airy room that included yogurt, bread, cakes, cereal, and fruit. The location is excellent if you are comfortable with short walks. Town is a 10-15 min walk away. Feels safe walking home solo at night as I often saw safety/police cars roaming. There are two good beaches about the same distance away. One has beach chairs for rental and one is a bit more secluded. There is a supermarket next door to get anything you need for lunch etc. The ac worked and was adjustable (never got super cold but worked well enough). Water temperature consistent, but not strong pressure. Initially I was skeeved out by the hotel as it seemed unclean, but you get what you pay for, and I realized it is just old and not taken care of well. It was a very affordable hotel in an expensive area. When I realized I wouldn’t be spending too much time in the room I was more at ease and happy with the location and access.

The hotel rooms are dated and although they are generally clean, they have marks of not having been deep cleaned in a while. (ie marks on furniture, bathroom tiles need to be bleached) There was a bar that looked cute but it was closed my whole stay. Small fridge in room was filled with “mini bar” accessories and not plugged in thus unusable. I couldn’t bring home leftovers (the front desk did offer to but in their fridge for me which was nice). Shower was small and a bit claustrophobic.

Honestly this hotel deserves much better reviews, the location is perfect, the view from the terracess in front of the rooms on Costa Smeralda is amazing, we really enjoyed it
