It was very near the main city centre. The room was cozy, with proper air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They made my mom and I feel safe. The WiFi was acceptable. There were available snacks at a price.

We asked for a downstairs room because my mom can find stairs very challenging but there was none available.

"Good if you want to save money."

Value for money. Some of the staff were friendly. Security seemed ok.

There is no restaurant or bar at the Hotel or close by. The Hotel is hard to find. There are notices in the room and at reception that if there is blood on the sheets you will be charged Pesos 500. After I had booked and paid for the room the Hotel sent me a very long email about terms and conditions ( some of which were for Covid - which is good ) - but also saying no guests under 18 or over 60 would be admitted. Some guests noisy late at night.

"Dirty toilet"

Place is very accesible to jeepneys

Dirty toilets, needs to upgrade, shower don't work, the sink is clogged in the toilet uncleaned, The toilet doors need to be cleaned,
