Hotel Casa Ortiz

My experience was very bad here. First of all I talk about staff and the owner of hotel. They don’t carry about guests in all situations. In the morning I brought my clothes to reception for the laundry, they took it. After laundry , my new jeans and trekking Goretex sneakers were ruined. There were white spots and streaks on the jeans. The shoes have gone down a size. The owner of the hotel assured that they are not responsible for cleaning and it’s not their problem that my clothes ruined. So , she didn’t propose any refund for stay, discount or else. She just refused the responsibility. Also, what weird is that nobody of staff speaks English. They even don’t use Google translator. They speak Spanish and think “it’s your problem if you don’t understand”. At night I couldn’t sleep, because group of people in hotel were shouting, drinking, etc. My room was 10 meters away from them. Nobody from staff didn’t tell them to stay calm and don’t disturb other guests. I must come out from the room and myself asked them to stop. This hotel doesn’t carry about clients at all. So, I don’t recommend to come to places like that, where attitude to guests is like to pigs
