Hotel an der Waldstraße

Super schönes Hotel, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig! Wäre immer meine erste Wahl wenn ich dort in der Nähe bin!

Würde mir jetzt wirklich nichts einfallen!

Front desk not staffed 24/7. Very uncomfortable beds. Shower barely a dribble of water.

No aircondition in room.By opening the window so many mosquitos coming inside. Really weak Wifi,barely can watch a video on YouTube. Mattress and pillow really bad.

The hotel is clean, with all necessary equipment in the rooms. Although you usually have to wait some minutes until somebody appears at the reception desk, but the staff is kind in overall. The breakfast is fine. An espresso machine could improve it further.

The walls between rooms are a bit thin, one can hear noises not only from the neighbouring rooms, but from the other side of the corridor too. It's not a significant problem, but it is good to know, that payments by American Express card are not accepted.

The hotel is comfortable and was for me well located as I had to be at a customer nearby. Breakfast is provided with an extra fee, fresh bread from bakery, salted and sweet options, quite nice.

The only drawbacks: there is no permanent staff in the hotel so you have to inform them to get a pin code that delivers your key in case of arrival after7pm. My room was a bit far from the internet connection (or from the wifi), hence the net was slow. Ok for writing emails but nothing more.
