We liked the well maintained hotel and well trained staff. The staff looked well groomed, courteous and professional too, which was big plus point. We didnt expect such an upscale hotel in this area.

We didnt like the fact that surrounding neighborhood buildings could be clearly visible from the open area outside mosaic restaurant, which spoiled the view. But its not a big concern.

My stay was very good overall. I want to say a special thank you to Aashi, the Guest Experience Executive, who went out of her way to upgrade my room and even arranged a complimentary cake. The room was very nice and made me feel special — every request I made was taken care of promptly. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely come back. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. While there were many options available, unfortunately, the taste didn’t meet expectations. A little more focus on flavor and quality would really enhance the overall experience.

Actually we didn't go for the breakfast, next time for sure will go and taste the food and give our honest review...:-)
