Wir waren leider nur 1 Wochenende da.Der Empfang war sehr herzlich,das Personal sehr freundlich.Die Lage von dem Hotel super.Wir hatten 1 Zimmer mit Balkon und einen wundervollen Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig.Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da gewesen.

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen super und auch ausreichend. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder

Super Lage, schönes großes Zimmer

Einige aus dem Team an der Rezeption und auch im Restaurant könnten herzlicher und serviceorientierter Auftreten. Die Kommunikation war in Summe ok, aber es ist spürbar, dass eine gewisse Routine und Unzufriedenheit eingekehrt ist.
