HOTEL SUNRISE HOSPITALITY

I loved this place and I stayed here for the 2nd time as the hill view from my room was awesome. Nice and clean room.

When I visited for the first time everything was perfect but during 2nd visit staff were asking for extra money as tip, which was bit annoying as 2 times they were asking specifically. Else everything was perfect. Kindly educate staff not to ask for extra money.

Location was good. Room was clean. House keeping done daily. Staff was courteous.

They do not accept credit cards issued in US. Had to pay cash. Confusing hotel name. It is "Eden Park Boutique hotel". You will not see the name "Sunrise Hospitality" displayed anywhere. Limited options in restaurant. I was told one of chefs was sick and out, so not much choice.

Staff is very polite. Room is clean. Housekeeping is done daily. Hotel is small but centrally located.

They do not accept credit cards issued in other countries(USA in my case). So, you have to pay the bills in cash.

Everything is good about the hotel except 1 small thing.

The bathroom tiles is very slippery. Chances are that people may fall down. Discussed and pointed out the same to GM Mr Muruganandam. He assured to take corrective action.
