Wir waren 2 Stunden eher da und kamen schon in unser Zimmer. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich :) Parkplatz direkt am Hotel und Kostenfrei. Es gab einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken, an dem man sich selbst bedienen konnte. Die Preise dafür sehr angemessen (z.B. 0,5l Radler/Bier 2€). Unser Zimmer war schön groß. Das Bett bequem. Bis auf die Kopfkissen. Die waren wie Luft. Aber selbst da gab es auf Nachfrage einfach noch ein Zweites dazu :) Das Hotel liegt fast direkt an der Fußgängerzone. Man braucht das Auto nicht mehr bewegen und hat soooo vieles, was man sich anschauen kann

Am zweiten Tag die Dame beim Frühstück war echt pampig auf Nachfrage, ob man die Teller von einem vorbereiteten Tisch auf einen Anderen wechseln könnte. Im Anschluss sagte sie, sowas gibt's morgen nicht noch einmal

The location was perfect; within east walking distance of the station and the old town.

A kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been useful.

Exceptional location in the stylish town of Wernigerode, right in the center, 10 mins walk to the Rathaus. Very good and sufficient parking place in the front yard. The receptionist is also very nice, patient, friendly and ready-to-help. The room is clean and facility is ok.

The noise insulation is of a bit flaw - if other people leave their rooms very early in the morning, the sound the door closes can easily wake me up - but to be expected in a vintage hotel like this.

A great quiet location, a few minutes from the railway station and the town centre. A comfortable room and bed with a nice bathroom with a powerful shower. An excellent buffet breakfast was served from 0730 onwards. The hotel was happy to look after our bags until our train back to the airport in the afternoon.

Facilities to make coffee/tea in the room would have been welcome. Surprised no shower gel/toiletries provided in the bathroom. One of our rooms was supplied with very small towels.

Clean. tidy. polite staff. Good Breakfast. Good location for both the Town Centre and local railway stations.
