Normally I would give this establishment a five star rating for location, cleanliness, outstanding breakfast, early check in. All the things which had me coming back for years and this year even bringing friends back with me. What was totally disappointing this time is that the hotel claimed that they had no space available to store our luggage while we rode our bikes for five days around the Bodensee. We had three rooms for three days prior to the ride and three rooms for two additional days upon our return. Management made very little effort to help us find storage. Very disappointing, even more so since they have ample bike storage and clearly are catering to cyclists. Sadly I will have to reevaluate my loyalty to Rotes Haus.

Tolles Hotel. Super freundliches Personal. Frühstück super.

Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kühlschrank. Das sollte bei dem Preis schon sein.
