A localização é muito boa, apesar que o calçamento da rua seja ruim. Estacionamento interno. Piscina liberada até a noite. Boa vista no café da manhã. TV, internet e frigobar bons.

Quarto bem básico esteticamente, mas bem funcional. Entrada do estacionamento bem apertada para carros maiores. O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor.
