Staff was wonderful . The ac in the room worked great . Bed was comfortable and location is good , near supermarket and river

The bar does not serve dinner which would have been convenient

I liked the thermal pools and the variaty of massages and special treatments. First girl at the front desk was nice. Like the location, right on the Camino route.

Breakfast was very limited and nothing much too choose. Packed cookies from the store, butters and jams, two slices of ham and one slice of cheese for a person. Orange juice and coffee were ok. But the bred was only white flour bred which was not so fresh. Overpriced room - very basic for 75€ which is too much for a room like that. Small room and small bedroom as well small shower. Not really suitable for bigger people. I barely could turn around in the shower and bathroom. Not quite clean in the room. Remote controls were really dirty and the walls as well. Piping in the bathroom were loud when someone from the above flushed. Second girl I asked her for a cup of hot water and she replied rude she can not give me that now. Maybe better to stay in other place but use the pool or massages. Expected more for that amount of money.

Location

Avoid -noisiest hotel on the camino. No sleep. Walls thin. Beer garden outside very bosiy. Rang around 10pm about the noise. She said they will stop serving dinner in 20 mins. I rang back an hour later and she was gone and left speaking to a porter who said he has no English. It went on much later. The worst hotel on the camino. No resolution. Pillow hard. No fridge. No kettle. Pool spa is extra.

Spa Bereich schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, hätte eine Auffrischung nötig. Schade um die natürliche Quelle.

This was fine for the price. It is definitely a budget hotel. Location was great. The 45 Euro (40 minute) massage was worth every penny.

There is "air conditioning" of some sort but not controllable within the rooms, so you must open a window if you actually want air flow, and there is substantial noise from the street below if you do that. Cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired. Wifi painfully slow. Thermal pool was okay but not as hot as I'd hoped it would be.
