comfortable bed, room 15 minutes from the center, staff kind and accomodant. possibility of leaving luggage in custody while waiting for the room

Although the staff was kind and helpful, we were disappointed by a few things. First, the general cleanliness. The rooms had dust and hair in several areas. But the main thing was that we found the sheets dirty, with stains and hair. We asked the front desk for a change by showing them the photos, and fortunately, the gentleman was kind enough to change them for us. The price is too high for the room offered. You cannot enter your room before 2pm but you can leave your luggage there. There are no complimentary bottles of water in the refrigerator
