The location is amazing on the quite side of town but an easy cycle to everywhere. The decking over the road is amazing for turtle spotting and snorkling from.

Could be a little cleaner

Drone stolen at the hotel – mocking and possibly complicit staff?! I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My 2-night stay in the Gili Islands turned into a nightmare due to a theft that clearly happened within the hotel premises. I left my drone in my room, and when I came back, it was gone. After checking the GPS tracker, it still showed the device as being inside the hotel, leaving little doubt: it was stolen on-site, most likely by a staff member or with their involvement. When I reported the incident, the staff’s reaction was absolutely cold. No real help, no serious attempt to investigate. They showed me some security footage, but there was no way to tell if it was even the right date or time. It was clear they didn’t care and made no real effort to assist me. What was most shocking: as we were leaving, the staff openly mocked us, making jokes about the drone as if it were funny. This was not only disrespectful, but also reinforced my suspicion that this theft was no accident. They knew exactly what happened. On top of that: • Breakfasts were inedible, bland, and poorly presented. • Service was extremely slow, even for basic requests. • Staff were cold, mocking, and completely unprofessional. I travel often and have never had such an unpleasant experience. I left with a deep sense of injustice and frustration. I am convinced my drone was stolen in this hotel, and the staff’s behavior strongly suggests they know far more than they’re admitting. If you care about your belongings and your peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs.

fabulous and friendly staff. great pool. snorkel straight off the beach to see turtles. quiet part of the island. we upgraded our room from a bungalow to rooms next to pool. deck opposite owned by property a great spot to relax or eat and watch the snorkel activity and the turtles popping up for air.
