De hospitality van het personeel beviel mij het meest. Zwembad was lekker op temperatuur en het ontbijt was ook uitmuntend. Kamer hadden goede grootte en was in principe van alles voorzien. En als er iets niet was dan kon je gewoon naar de receptie en daar werd het direct voor je geregeld. Echt een top staff, waar ze heel zuinig op moeten zijn.

Wat mij en mijn partner het meest tegenviel waren de gasten afkomstig uit india. Ik vind dit persoonlijk de meest onbeschofte mensen die er in het hotel aanwezig waren. Zeker tegenover het personeel. Als er dna ook klachten komen vanuit die hoek dan zou ik het zeker voor mijn personeel opnemen, want zij waren zo aardig tot op het bot. De Indiase gasten waren zeker niet COOL adults. Wat mij betreft weren deze mensen !!

Pink Coco is not your typical beachfront resort — and that’s exactly what makes it special. From the moment you arrive, the service sets this place apart. The staff is always smiling, genuinely helpful at any hour, and goes above and beyond without you even having to ask. A special mention to Amanda, who noticed I was traveling solo and took it upon herself to keep me company, suggest excursions, and make my stay truly enjoyable. That kind of personal touch is rare and invaluable. The facilities may look slightly different from the photos, but once you settle in, you realize everything is impeccably clean. The rooms are spacious, featuring a sofa bed outside the main sleeping area, another couch inside, and a generous main bed. The highlight? The bathroom — an open-concept design with an instant hot shower that I absolutely loved. What really elevates the experience are the little details. Free cookies and peanuts whenever you fancy, mini juices and coffees served poolside, and daily surprises left in your room: a cute turtle plush toy, a face mask, scented candles, homemade biscuits… These small gestures make a big difference and show the staff genuinely cares. The hotel is tiny — around 15 rooms — which makes it feel intimate and far from impersonal. The pool area has sunbeds, and right across is the beach with Balinese beds, perfect for reading or having breakfast with your toes in the sand. Breakfast is excellent: mini pastries, fresh juice, cut fruit, a choice of a main dish, and any drink you like. Fair warning — if you eat everything, you might not need lunch or dinner! And the sunsets? Spectacular. The hotel reserves the first two rows for guests every evening, followed by fireworks and live entertainment. It’s a nightly ritual you’ll look forward to. Bottom line: If you’re looking for something intimate, family-friendly, and full of warmth, Pink Coco is perfect.
