The decor was a 1970s feel and the wallpaper dark and in places peeling. There was no breakfast available although it's advertised as a B & B.

I was very pleased with the amount of space in my single room, the attractive carpeting, good phone charging facilities, good TV & WiFi. Nice window which opened for ventilation...tea & coffee making facilities, topped up daily. The en suite was perfect, with a nice, easy-to-operate shower. The property was minutes from the beach. I could let myself in and out at any time. The bed was very comfortable with a handy bedside lamp.

Nothing of much importance. An ordinary chair to sit on while reading, drinking, eating, watching TV etc. would have been welcome...plenty of space for it in the room.

The shower didn’t work, the room was extremely hot and the other guests were noisy

My room was very comfortable and I had all I needed. The location was perfect as the main purpose was to do the Gorleston Cliffs parkrun on Saturday morning and volunteer at the Gorleston Juniors parkrun on Sunday.

There were not very good left luggage facilities. I was told I could leave my backpack in the passage way near the front door on Sunday morning. But as the front door was wide open I decided to take my bag to the parkrun and risk it there rather and it was fine in the end.

It was a great location everything was nearby staff was lovely. Perfect 2 day stay

No breakfast available. Bed was clean and comfortable.

Outside uninviting, halls and stairways tired and worn. Thick black mould all around shower. The shower did not work and the mounting bar was held together by masking tape. Unusable and unacceptable. The room was well overpriced at £90. We understand it is used mainly by people staying for work.
