Really nice people. The food was very good, and at a fair price. Rooms and the hotel were very clean. Also a great location for outdoor running and walking. We would surely consider coming back to Wiesengrund.

The hotel has no evening bar, to have a drink after dinnertime.

We. Stayed here for one night as a convenient stop on the way to the Dolomites, however if we had known how lovely the hotel was we would have stayed longer. The food was fantastic and the staff really helpful. The recommendations for wine were spot on. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had everything you needed. It was unusually hot so the only improvement might be to provide a fan. We would love to go back.

Lovely hotel. Traditional and very authentic. Beautiful modern well appointed rooms with traditional German decor. Superb staff. Late checkin was seamless and they were kind enough to keep the restaurant open for us despite the late arrival. Wonderful breakfast. Great off the beaten path place to land after flying into Frankfurt Airport.

Not much. As is typical for rural traditional hotels, there is no AC. Not a big deal for us but could be on a very hot day.

I travel a lot, so I think I could say, that I allready visited ,, a couple of hotels” all arround the world. Here You will feel what does it mean if a hotel guest is really welcome. A very friendly staff, excellent food, quiet, spacious and extremely clean rooms. From my side - a top rating and I can only recommend !

Clean large room with own bathroom attached . Restaurant ( not cheap ) with outside seating in summer and nice breakfast . Elevator and good Parking . About one hour walk to the castle .

Lovely little gem hidden away, friendly family run B&B - grasp of English good, rooms clean and nicely decorated, breakfast good, ate in the restaurant one evening which was lovely and washed down with a nice glass of Riesling!!
