Hotel Costa mar

The location is nice during the day. It's a busy area with a big bustling local market nearby. The staff was nice and amazingly helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced.

It's not a super great neighborhood at night. It's not the hotel's fault, and they are very secure and safe and take all the proper precautions.

The bed and comfort

Staff were very helpful and attentive. No breakfast offered. AC was great. Initial room was facing the street and a little noisy. The other room very quite.

Cheap and clean

The location is quite sketchy. I was a little scared arriving there at nighttime

Pleasant, helpful staff.

No fresh air due to the window being on an inside wall into the corridor. Heard sounds, conversations, television, etc. from the other rooms. The room got stuffy. No hot water. Cold showers only.

- The location is not great, there is only garage and auto piece seller around so it doesn’t feel safe to walk around especially at night but we were there for the carnival and use in drive to go the the place of interest so it worked. Here again the staff helped us to find a driver every time we needed.

The Costa del Mar accommodation is ideal for resting, it has a location relatively close to the zoo and the Prado portal, the hotel's work team is very helpful and friendly, they helped us carry our suitcases (quite heavy) to the room that was up to the third floor), our room had a balcony and a pleasant view. In the morning the receptionist usually offers coffee which I find charming and welcoming. The bed in general is comfortable, we had good ventilation and the hotel has a kind of room that has a waterfall and various decorations.

Really the only thing that was not pleasant was arriving at night after going out to see the city and the entrance to the hotel was wet, it seemed like a pipe had broken
