Super Hotel O Chilika Residency

The check-in was very annoying, it took more than half an hour with taking twenty copies of our passports. The lady at the reception was super unfriendly, spoke barely English and was very annoyed with us all the time. She didn’t want to give us back our passports and got very rude with us. In the evening when we were tired from the day they interrupted us 3 times asking again and again for our passports.. it got ridiculous. After checking out she wasn’t clear whether we could keep our backpacks with her and later when we came to pick them up she didn’t let us use the washroom. The other staff was trying to be nice.
