J’ai adoré le site nous sommes quasiment dans la forêt , les singes hurleurs et les capucins cohabitent avec nous les oiseaux égaillent l’ambiance. La qualité du personnel et sa disponibilité est tout simplement remarquable

La salle de bain est le point faible: pas d’extracteurs d’air , lavabo trop petit, manque de rangement et les ouvertures qui donnent sur l’extérieur laissent passer le bruit du personnel et surtout des clients qui rentrent tard

Comfortable rooms but loses points for being quite noisy. It's near the busy road and also has a noisy bar/restaurant with live music nightly (albeit only until 10pm). Format may appeal more to a US audiences - e.g. the restaurant is very much a US style sports bar with a lot of fast food. It has a great swimmable pool, although the attached cafe is very expensive. Not really what I would term a 'spa', although they do offer massage. The 'gym' is very small and basic - no running machine for example. Overall expensive for what you get. Would stay elsewhere if visiting again.

Loved the bungalows and how great the location was. Yolo was great!

Charming stay, suites & bungalows are located in the middle of nature so we were lucky to have experienced wildlife during our stay. We got to watch white faced monkeys from our balcony and poolside. We also saw beautiful scarlet macaws travel in pairs above the pool. The restaurant staff Moses & Andres were so attentive, kind, and helpful. There are 2 restaurants attached to the hotel as well as a game/arcade area good for families. You won’t regret your stay here— thank you Ecotica!!

We stayed in a deluxe king suite which was spotlessly clean and very spacious. It had a nice balcony but unfortunately overlooked a car park. Hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and shops. A taxi to the national park was only 10 dollars. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast choice was poor especially if anyone has kids as no pancakes or waffles or cereals. Bar food was ok .

Breakfast offering could be better.
