W hotelu grasuje szajka złodziei kradnących telefony na basenie, co dzieje się notorycznie wg słów ratownika. Dyrekcja jak i personel nic sobie z tego nie robią. Zachowanie nowego dyrektora w sytuacji kryzysowej karygodne, pokazujące jego niekompetencje i słabość! W nocy impreza tak głośna, że na drugim piętrze nie można spać. Impreza przedłużona o godzinę, bo to goście rządzą hotelem, a nie personel. Gość chcący spokoju się nie liczy. Bezradne kierownictwo i ochrona. Odradzam, omijajcie hotel szerokim łukiem, a swój dobytek trzymajcie w zabezpieczeniu. Do tego na śniadaniu podeschnięta wędlina.

Miły i profesjonalny personel, dobra lokalizacja, strefa basenowa i spa na dobrym poziomie. Świetne śniadania i menu w restauracji.

Niestety mam wrażenie, że pokoje oferowane w ramach współpracy z programem Booking są niższej kategorii ze względu na lokalizację w obiekcie. Widok z pokoju na daszek wewnętrzny z ogromnymi trzema klimatyzatorami i kilkoma kominami...no cóż, to chyba nie przypadek. To duży hotel i nie było pełnego obłożenia. Korzystam często z Booking i to nie pierwszy raz kiedy mam podobne wrażenie. Może warto zweryfikować zasady współpracy. Poza tym hotel godny polecenia. Dariusz

Dobre śniadanie, basen, świetna lokalizacja.

Spędziłem 2 noce w hotelu, od niedzieli do wtorku. Nie było sprzątania w poniedziałek w ciągu dnia. Nie spotkałem się jeszcze z brakiem sprzątania w hotelu 4gwiazdkowym w trakcie pobytu, a podróżuję sporo. Jeszcze uwaga- wanna z prysznicem oddzielona od łazienki materiałową kotarą. To też nie licuje z jakością 4- gwiazdkowca.
