Мы приехали в 3 ночи, о чем заранее предупредили отель. В итоге на входе ждал номер телефона, куда нужно было позвонить по обычной сотовой связи. Нужно иметь ввиду, что у иностранных туристов не всегда есть связь. И в лучшем случае нужно давать им возможность связываться через интернет. Позвонить было проблематично и дорого. Еще я плохо говорю по - английски, поэтому звонок по телефону это было испытание.

The hotel has beautiful aesthetics with a charming vintage feel. We truly enjoyed the thoughtful Hobbit and Lord of the Rings touches throughout the property, including the character displays for each room and books, which added a unique and magical atmosphere to the stay. The pool area was also a highlight, and my son especially enjoyed spending time there.

The upper-floor room was quite hot during this time of year (during the day), possibly due to sun exposure. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room sufficiently, so we found some relief by spending time at the pool area. We also experienced an issue with the shower drainage, as the water drained very slowly, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. It may be worth considering a review of the air conditioning in the upper room and the shower drainage, as these minor improvements could further enhance guest comfort. I also would have appreciated being asked at check-out how my stay was, as it would have been a good opportunity to share this feedback directly.
