Lochindaal Hotel

The hotel room offered with riddled with Black mold and not compliant with AWAABS law... shouldn't be let out. Room smelled badly of damp. Couldn't stay here and was left to find another hotel on Islay at 9pm at night. I wasn't amused and there was no help offered from hotel to find me other accommodation. Won't go back here or recommend to anyone.

This is a wonderful place to stay on Islay. Iain, Jack and Alexander are such wonderul people and are so friendly, they want you to have the best stay ever. They made us feel welcome, part of their family.

Despite letting them know about the fact that we would arrive late and we would love to have some dinner, the staff (not Iain, Jack and Alexander) forgot to relay this to the kitchen. Iain was very apologetic about this the next day.

The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well organised. I really enjoyed my time there and would happily stay again.

Lovely staff, extremely comfortable hotel, we were made to feel really welcome

The room, while lovely, was just a little small - but we were still very comfortable

Beautiful wee hotel in Port Charlotte, room was spotless and finished to a high standard. Food was excellent, especially the breakfast!

We could hear the music from the bar quite loud in our room on the first night however the hotel did kindly supply ear plugs which helped a lot.
