"They confirmed our booking but didn't actually have the room."

we did want Kasa Kamelot so we came back the next day and booked a room - of course, with no relation to our online booking which they had no idea of. The hotel itself was clean, had hot water ( Xela standards - keep the water flow weak ) and we felt comfortable even though the room was very old and Wifi was not that great. I would possibly return here but have a plan B ready.

We booked a few days ahead and got both immediate confirmation and subsequent personal message that "all is ready". When we got to the hotel, they just shrugged and said they have no info of the booking and no room is available. So keep this in mind and have a plan B if you intend to book this hotel.

Location is great

The place wasn't clean; we found a hair in our bed the first night. No safe lock nor lockers to store your belongings. The fridge was gross and the kitchen really dirty. The plug was falling off the wall. The shower (electric and fixed with duct tape) had 1 position: super warm

"OK, but you can do better"

Great shower. Good pressure, excellent hot water. Very firm bed, which I like, dark at night, slept very well. Common kitchen.

I don't expect New at this price but the place has seen better days. Wornout uncomfortable furniture, dirty kitchen, bedroom a windowless dungeon.
