Nice beach view, facilities to store your luggage and baths after check out.

The AC-s are so loud, that it is impossible to sleep without ear plugs. I found mold in muffins on breakfast and the staff even did not apologize.

Pekný, čistý hotel. Zamestnanci hotela bola velmi milý a ochotný. Raňajky a večere boli velmi dobré. Hotel sa nachádzal hneď na pláži pár minút autobusom od letiska. V posledný deň pohytu sme mali až pozdný let. Aj po checkoute sme si mohli nechať batožinu ma hoteli cely deň aj s možnosťou sprchy a wc. S hotelom sme boli maximálne spokojní :)

The location of the hotel is very good. Beachfront, accessible to many bars and resturants.

The hotel rooms have renovated not too long ago which is fine. However, the main downset was air condition infrastructured and food. Air Condition: I was given a room on my first day which did not cool the room at all, so we were given another room for the night. We packed all our luggage and belongings and got another room next day, still the same issue. I was given another room to sleep in the night but the Air Con still wasnt working so the night staff gave me the small room which I got in the first night (thankfully AC was working okay). I had to raise an official complaint via booking.com. The AC engineer fixed the room on the Third day. We were on a babymoon and my birthday, but unfortunately the experience wasnt great as we thought it would be. Food: I have opted for half board and I have stayed in many hotels in Mallorca but Eden Palma Hotel food was below average. Same things on repeat on a daily basis and been recycled day and night what was left over. There were plenty food option to choose from however, you dont feel like having then due to poor quality. We had dinner jus two days out of all 5 nights we stayed. It would have been better to choose just the hotel stay instead. Because of the half board included, I think the over price I paid was quite expensive compared to the quality.
