Sleep Inn Cartersville

Clean. Good shower and hot water. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast could have been warmer.

The place was very nice and so was the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I definitely would stay again.

The power was off for about two hours and when I tried to call the front desk it kept disconnecting. We were both using c-paps which woke us up when it went off. The elevator made noises I could hear in my room and was being worked on the day we left. I had to get dressed in the middle of the night and go to front desk to be told it was caused by a transformer. The lady at the desk did keep apologizing and was very nice.

Dirty, AC is on motion sensors so never cooled. Bed was very uncomfortable.

People in the room next to us were very loud until late night early morning and the people above us sounded like they were jumping on the bed

The staff was great very nice the room was clean it was actually nice.

The elevator could use some upgrading cuz every time I stopped at the floor it sounds like it was going to break and slam to the bottom

It was convenient to get to from I-75.
