Staff behaviour was excellent.owner himself takes care of his customer.he serves home made food with wonderful taste that's a fantastic thing I found.thanks to the hotel staff and owner for the great experience.

Nice staffs & management

Stayed for a day at Keshav Residency. The best thing about the place is the warm host. The host and the staff were very welcoming, and accommodated all the requests. Infact the highlight for me was getting home cooked food for dinner and breakfast on day2. They called a day before, asked for confirmation and had the room ready by check-in time.

Overall facilities like towels, bathroom facilities could be upgraded, but certainly not inadequate at the moment.

Good mattresses, clean room, kind personnel. The manager arranged a taxi for our onward journey (for an additional cost though).

We experienced quite some trouble to get a hotel bill (the manager almost refused to give us one). Extremely pushy to pay the bill upfront. And for a reason. The building is in a U shape with an open end to the road and shops on the ground floor. It makes the location extremely noisy. Noise came also from the inside: the night guard who kept videchatting until late. Last but not least: Kindness is driven by money.

Home cooked food was delicious.

Proper sitting arrangement, better quality toilet shower. Rooms should be arranged before arrival of guests.
