Hotel 5 Terre Nel Sole

Nice big room with balcony. Staff very friendly and tried to help resolve my issues.

I didnt realise that this hotel was a 15 min drive up the mountain from divia marina. Not to be walked at night as there are wild boar roaming the forest. I had trouble finding the hotel as it just has a resturant sign just off the motorway toll booth. That said you dont hear traffic noise, but you do get s lot of truckers stopping fire dinner in the resturant which serves a limited menu of reasonably priced food. The hotel itself is very run down. The pool was a little green and still had the cleaning machine in it when I arrived. I think I was the only person to use it and the terrace which had beautiful views over the forest to the sea. A few windows were broken or missing or didn't lock. Wifi wasn't great and only worked in certain rooms or the resturant. The showers had lots of hot water but the plastic shower curtains that stick to you yet still manage to get the floor soaking wet! If you have a car it's a good location to drive around but parking in the surrounding towns is 2 euros an hour. Expensive for the quality of accommodation.
