The place is spotless, it is so clean. The staff are great, friendly, warm and helpful. If you need anything you can ask, they will happily help or improve anything.

Poor wifi, so if you need to work not ideal.

The location , the area, walking distance to everywhere, the staff , very efficient and kind, hotel room such a great to have this stylish well renovated. I will stay there again when I go back to Doego again

It was great to be there, very spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Very clean and very central and close to all bars and restaurants . Welcoming manager and Staff were very helpful and with a limited English they tried to communicate effectively.

WiFi, needs some attention

This is not a fancy hotel, but it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and do their best to help. The hotel is located "right in the middle of things" in Diego Suarez, which makes it a convenient place to start one's stay in the area.

The hotel listing states "free airport shuttle". This is not the case (though the owner eventually agreed to pick me up free of charge). The listing also states "credit cards accepted". This is not the case, and caused problems for my onward journey. These were two of the main reasons I chose this hotel in the first place...A blanket for the bed would have been nice.
