Clean, good location, friendly staff, good sized room, excellent shower

No tea/coffee making facilities in room or mini fridge either in room or communal area to keep stuff fresh. They ran out of milk and when I asked at reception they said they didn’t have any. (So I bought some from the local supermarket myself and placed it in the communal coffee machine area. Shortly afterwards milk appeared).

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Property in a great location for exploring. Coffee machine in reception was a nice touch. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel should definitely have more stars!

La qualità prezzo è ottima. L’hotel è carino e accogliente, le camere sono abbastanza ampie e pulite, il letto comodo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La posizione è poco fuori dal centro ma a 10 min a piedi, quindi comunque è ok. La reception apre tipo alle 9:30, quindi se arrivi prima e vuoi lasciare le valigie, non sai come fare. Noi per fortuna arrivammo 15 min prima che aprisse. L’insonorizzazione delle camere non è il massimo e il bagno era molto piccolo. La finestra dava sull’interno del palazzo, l’intercapedine quindi la stanza era un po’ buia e non c’era aria quando si apriva, va bene in primavera ma estate potrebbe essere un problema (anche se provvisto di aria condizionata).

Convenient, really comfortable bed, good shower, and the wifi worked.

We booked twin beds nine months ago and didn’t get them. Parking is at a local carpark but the hotel website does not specify where they have a deal. I took the information off the booking.com Q&A, which was not the “right” carpark and it cost €32 for overnight. Breakfast was pitiful: coffee in paper cups, and Basque equivalents of Twinkies, cellophane wrapped and will last for decades. Just depressing. We went to a delightful coffee shop: Lasai, Maitia which was wonderful and just round the corner. The recommendations for local pintxo bars from the hotel were either not accurate or disappointing. We’d recommend going to the old town which is more touristy but has much better pintxos.

The reception lady was kind and helpful with some compliments such as fruits, coffee, cakes at reception. Good location, both to bus station and city center.

The room’s window faced an internal area of the building, which resulted in unpleasant smells and a lack of fresh air. There was no toilet brush available, which was inconvenient. Additionally, our room was not cleaned on the second day, and the WiFi did not work for two days. Considering that we stayed in a more comfortable and higher-quality hotel in Bilbao at a lower price, this was disappointing. Unfortunately, I cannot strongly recommend this hotel.

The coffee was good.

Location was difficult to find, and there was no receptionist, so we could not enter the hotel. Luckily we had a phone and the receptionist arrives in a short time. There was a VERY sparse breakfast, with over-ripe bananas, but there were nice tangerines.
