Park Hotel Briz - All Inclusive & Free Parking

Just the location is with trees around, the rest all crap!

Poor service! *The room window is broken, we asked for maintenance, reception said they will call someone but no one came, we can hear all the noise outside and because of that window we had lousy sleep ! *Aircon is not functioning well, 20 degrees, but still feels hot like 27 degrees inside the room. *False marketing, on the website they have a gym, when we come, the gym is close, we can see from the outside that all equipment seems to be broken and dusty! * Entrance and toilet door squeaking! * Same food everyday, it's eatable at least, most of the time we are eating outside to have a different taste. *Poor English skills! *Bar tenders doesn't know how to make simple cocktails, so I have to make my own mix! * Housekeeping only changes towels every 3 days! They throw the garbage but don't clean the toilet bowl considering there's no toilet brush inside! *We had another 3 star hotel in Golden sands, this is the worst for its 1* only.

Mi a plăcut foarte mult priveliștea, era curat, băutura alcoolica și nealcoolica era diversă, piscină curată! Cat despre renumitele și mult discutatele scări (200) - mie mi au plăcut, am făcut și puțin sport în vacanța.. :)

Nimic nu a fost ok. Camera foarte murdara plina de panza de paianjen. Am stat 4 nopti nu a venit nimeni sa schimbe prosoapele sau sa mai aduca prosoape . Nu a dat nimeni o matura in camera.paturile foarte inconfortabile. Mancarea foarte proasta. Aceleasi feluri de mancare , fara gust . Sucurile nu le puteai bea deoarece nu aveau nici-un gust . Nu m-as intoarce niciodata aici.
