Good location, quiet but convenient for travelling to Vienna or Laxenburg. The breakfast is excellent.

The radiatorcouldnot be turned off in our bedroom, so it was somewhat too warm in the room.

Die Sauberkeit in Zimmer und Bad ist absolut in Ordnung. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl.

Die Verkalkungen bei der Badewanne sowie die Silikonfugen und der Brausekopf hätten jedoch mehr Aufmerksamkeit oder eine Erneuerung verdient. Insgesamt schon etwas abgewohnte Zimmer im 80/90er Charme.

Die Lage und Nähe nach Perchtoldsdorf.

Superior ist für das Zimmer übertrieben. Badezimmer Minimal Ausstattung. Bei 8 bis 10 Grad Außentemperatur wurde noch nicht geheizt. Der Frühstücksraum war besonders kalt. WLAN dürfte nur bis 22h eingeschaltet sein.
